Online Pilates

Join Ceris each Tuesday, Wednesday and Friday morning at 10:45 am for online mat-based Pilates classes.  A great class for improving range of movement, flexibility and core strength. This class combines basic Pilates exercise with natural movement fitness, providing a lasting sense of well-being and calm. This is a great way to help focus your mind and raise your level of consciousness through controlled functional movements.
