Service Description

In these 1:1 sessions, Ceris, Biomechanics Coach™, performs a posture and joint mobility assessment to determine suitable movement-based exercises and specific muscle release techniques as part of your personal Biomechanics training plan. The follow-up session will show the results of your assessment and provide specific exercises for you. Incorporating the iMoveFreely® program, we use muscle energy techniques, nerve mobilisations, and joint mobilisations to improve your movement quality and reduce symptoms of modern ailments. Regularly following your personal training plan alongside our online classes is highly recommended.

Cancellation Policy

Health Advisory: Prior to participating in any class, it is strongly advised that individuals consult their General Practitioner (G.P) if they have any spinal/joint issues or have undergone recent medical procedures/operations. For those who have experienced an injury, operation, or medical procedure within the past six weeks, participation in the class is not recommended. Liability Agreement: By accepting this invitation, you acknowledge and accept full responsibility for any injury, loss, or damage that may occur directly or indirectly during your participation in the class. You agree not to hold any instructor at Ceris Gratton-Jones Pilates Fitness Yoga liable, penalize, prosecute, or seek compensation in the event of such occurrences. Cancellation Policy: Once classes have been booked and confirmed, cancellations are accepted via email but are non-refundable and non-transferrable.
