This is a mat-based class. Great for improving range of movement, flexibility and core strength. This class combines basic Pilates exercise with natural movement fitness, providing a lasting sense of well-being and calm. This is a great way to help focus your mind and raise your level of consciousness through controlled functional movements. Please bring your own mat & Pilates Equipment packs* which can be purchased at the studio in advance. *New Members - equipment hire will be included within your first monthly membership payment. You are advised to consult your G.P if you suffer with spinal / joint issues or had any recent medical procedures / operations prior to commencing any class. If you have had an injury, operation or medical procedure within 6 weeks, we recommend that you do not participate in this class. Pre/post natal clients please contact Ceris before booking this class to organise an introductory class. Please note: Once your classes have been booked, the bookings cannot be rescheduled or refunded if cancelled. Classes / memberships or packs cannot roll onto another date and cannot be transferred between members. Polite Notice - if you are unable to attend your studio class, please cancel your booking via your booking account to allow other members that may be on a waiting list to join the class. Due to our small private studio, we are restricted with space and this would be a great help!
