Service Description
Join Ceris, Biomechanics Coach™, for a studio-based mat Pilates course designed to improve your range of movement, flexibility, and core strength. By integrating foundational Pilates and muscle-release exercises with the Biomechanics iMoveFreely® program, the class becomes even more accessible and effective. You’ll work through progressive strengthening and conditioning exercises, muscle energy techniques, and joint mobilisations. This system prepares your body for movement, helping you feel more stable and in control while addressing low-grade aches, niggles, and recurring injuries. Members with an active pack or monthly membership can contact Ceris to receive their course discount code.

Health Advisory Before participating in any class, course, programme, workshop, or appointment, we strongly recommend that you consult your General Practitioner (G.P.) if you are experiencing pain, have spinal or joint issues, or have recently undergone a medical procedure or operation. Participation is not advised if you have had an injury, surgery, or medical procedure within the past six weeks. Please note: our classes and appointments are not suitable for prenatal participants. Postnatal clients are kindly asked to contact Ceris before booking.
