Practiced regularly, this form of Tai Chi can help improve posture, mobility, balance, and coordination. The movements can be performed seated or standing. The iMoveFreely® techniques are also integrated into this class, enhancing your Tai Chi practice with gentle muscle energy techniques, nerve mobilisations, and joint mobilisations. These techniques make the class suitable for all levels and abilities, ensuring a safe and effective way to improve movement quality and reduce symptoms of modern ailments.
