Our 1:1 Biomechanics class includes an initial assessment to discover how your body moves. You will be guided through a variety of gentle movements by Ceris to learn about your range of movement at the major joints within the body, including the spine. Biomechanics Coaching gives us the tools to see what areas of our body are moving well, and the areas that are not.
1:1 Sessions & Training Plan
As well as a posture assessment this 1:1 session will determine which movement based exercises will be suitable for you as part of a personal Biomechanics training plan. The follow up session will show the results of your assessment and this time will be used to go through specific exercises for you as part of a personal training plan. We recommend following your personal training plan regularly alongside our studio group classes.
