Where are we located?

Our studio classes are held on the 2nd floor of 12–14 Hall Square, Denbigh, LL16 3NU. Please note that there is no lift access. The nearest pay-and-display parking is available on Vale Street, Denbigh.

Do you have classes suitable for children?

No, our classes are not suitable for children, we offer classes to 18’s and over.

What to bring?

Water, warm comfortable clothing, grippy socks if you have, no trainers required. We provide equipment to members for the 1st month at the studio. We advise purchasing your own mat, Pilates and/ or Yoga accessories such as bands and belts.
