Service Description
Book your 1:1 Biomechanics Initial Assessment to gain a detailed understanding of your posture, joint mobility, and movement patterns across the feet, knees, pelvis, spine and shoulders. Ceris, Biomechanics Coach™, will assess your mobility and posture and recommend suitable movement-based exercises and specific muscle release techniques tailored to you. A personalised training programme and further 1: 1 sessions can be purchased separately to support your ongoing progress and ensure you get the most from your assessment. As a Biomechanics Coach™, I provide exercise-based movement screening and programming only. I do not diagnose, or treat medical conditions or injuries.
Cancellation Policy
Health Advisory Before participating in any class, course, programme, workshop, or appointment, we strongly recommend that you consult your General Practitioner (G.P.) if you are experiencing pain, have spinal or joint issues, or have recently undergone a medical procedure or operation. Participation is not advised if you have had an injury, surgery, or medical procedure within the past six weeks. Please note: our classes and appointments are not suitable for prenatal participants. Postnatal clients are kindly asked to contact Ceris before booking. Liability Agreement By attending, you acknowledge and accept full responsibility for any injury, loss, or damage that may occur during your participation, whether directly or indirectly. You agree not to hold any instructor at Ceris Gratton-Jones liable, and you waive any right to seek compensation, penalties, or legal action in the event of such occurrences. Cancellation Policy Once a class, workshop, or appointment is booked and confirmed, cancellations are permitted but are non-refundable and non-transferable to another date or participant.
